Honour Your Natural Beauty | Face Yoga & facial Gua Sha class | eyes, forehead, scalp

This is the 4th class in a block.

We’ll be learning techniques to strengthen the muscles in the eye and around the eye area to boost circulation, help reduce puffiness and dark circles. We’ll work with acupressure points to naturally brighten our eyes.
Well then move onto the forehead area and you’ll learn how to melt tension and stress with the feather-like touch and really open up the forehead and the 3rd eye area.
Well finish with the head and scalp massage as using these techniques you can naturally lift your face (especially the top part).

Facial oils and Gua Sha tools are provided for this class and we will share a cup of herbal tea and a healthy snack after the class.
